Scope of Delivery
Jimmy + Jo GmbH ships exclusively to countries within the European Union (EU). We do not currently offer shipping to non-EU countries, including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, or other third countries.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or German public holidays (including NRW regional holidays) will be processed on the next available business day. During peak seasons (sales events, Christmas, summer collections), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch date and may vary due to carrier workloads or local conditions.
VAT & Pricing
All prices displayed in our store are inclusive of German VAT (19%) for orders shipped within Germany. For orders shipped to other EU member states, VAT is applied in accordance with EU OSS (One-Stop Shop) regulations effective since July 2021 (VAT-ID: DE272553852). Customers will not incur any additional taxes or customs duties, as all shipments remain within the EU single market.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking information is typically active within 2–6 hours of dispatch.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of checkout, including apartment/floor number where applicable. Jimmy + Jo GmbH is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at store@jimmyplus.fashion. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched.
Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the customer not collecting the parcel from the carrier's collection point, we will contact you by email. Re-shipment will incur an additional shipping fee. If you do not wish to proceed with re-shipment, a refund will be issued for the product value, minus the original and return shipping costs.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery window, we recommend:

Checking the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email

Checking whether the carrier has left a notice at your address or deposited the parcel at a local pickup point

Contacting us at store@jimmyplus.fashion with your order number if the issue remains unresolved
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and aim to resolve all cases within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund in accordance with German consumer law (BGB §§ 434 ff.) and EU Directive 2019/771 on consumer sales contracts.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, please contact us at store@jimmyplus.fashion. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
