We ship across the European Union. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment (up to 3 during peak seasons).

Germany — DHL Standard, 1–3 business days · €3.99 (free over €50). Express next-day available at €7.99.
Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg — 2–4 business days · €6.99 (free over €75)
France, Italy, Spain, Portugal — 3–5 business days · €8.99 (free over €100)
Central Europe (Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia) — 3–6 business days · €8.99 (free over €100)
Northern & Baltic EU — 4–7 business days · €10.99 (free over €100)
All other EU countries — 4–8 business days · €10.99 (free over €100)

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return (14-day right of withdrawal applies for EU consumers).

Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at store@jimmyplus.fashion — we'll send a return label and instructions.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Received a damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
